Early in the case, his services include locating appropriate experts, advice and counsel on discovery strategy and evidence development. As the case progresses, he manages and directs preparation of trial testimony, demonstrative evidence, trial presentation, and settlement strategy techniques, including direct participation in settlement negotiations. Last but not least, Sal with his team participates as lead trial counsel at trial and post-trial proceedings. Client control and the overall work-up of the case, including full responsibility for the preparation of all pleadings, briefs, discovery, other documentary work, and all appellate work, if necessary, would remain with the firm retaining his services.
